These “Charities” certainly never acted in the interest of helping people. They simply extorted money out of people for victimless crimes and mandatory narcotic tests to humiliate and punish, not help. Welcome to Florida, “The Sunshine State”! While known for its lovely beaches and theme parks, Florida also has a dark side. With 66+ correctional institutions and probation programs that rake in BIG money, there's a saying that's often used to describe that sunshine state. A more appropriate slogan would be “Florida: Come on vacation, leave on probation”. Well, now that just wouldn’t have the same ring...or draw the tourists in! And Lord knows Florida needs to keep them soon to be probationers coming to keep their tax dollars flowing to the sunshine
