Unfortunately, poor patient treatment wasn’t unique to Blackwell, and eventually, most of America’s asylums were closed. America is still in desperate need of mental health reform. Investigative journalist Kitty Catherine has been researching local medical institutions, and she has questions about one in particular. She has noticed they are buying a lot of supplies they don't medically need, and all male patients were transferred out. Now, Doctor Tampa's asylum only houses female patients. And based on their recent purchases, which have to be made public, she suspects he is treating hysteria. She meets with the doctor in charge of the institution,
