Daily vlog video with an ITunes suggested song Love Is… by Toosii; it popped up while camming last night on Chaturbate and I listened to it like 7 times in a row. I just finished breakfast and wanted to get more work done earlier in the day so i could ensure i would go to the gym today. Been trying to eat right and workout more so i can get pregnant. Fun fact of the day: tea is supposedly better than water because it has antioxidants. Scientists say that oxidation is a chemical reaction that can produce free radicals and chain reactions that may damage cells of organisms. Pretty much if you have oxidation cells grow old and die, and drinking tea has antioxidants to fight that dying process. The article i was reading said you look and feel young for longer when adding tea to your daily routine. I mostly started drinking Ginger & Turmeric tea earlier this year when i learned it would help with inflammation and decreasing mucus which is one of the main causes of people getting sick.
